System Support

Sylution Incorporated provides first line vendor support services for our products. We are the factory representative for the products that we sell. In this capacity we have:

Telephone support (24/7 if needed) for our products

We also offer mentoring services that provides pre-paid telephone and web based support services. There is also a way to convert mentoring to on-site support when needed. Please see our documents on mentoring services.

We take support to a new level by offering our support services to clients for any of their systems that we have the technical capability to support.

Sylution realizes that our products are part of systems and networks in your plant that are interdependent upon each other. With Sylution support end user clients as well as our integration partners can count on us to help you troubleshoot and support total systems.

We will not claim to provide factory expert support for other products. We do not intend to replace other vendor support or trusted system integration partners. But we also know that support does not stop with our software. Our staff has many years of engineering experience and we can provide a breadth of support knowledge that few vendors can match.

We are not just reading from the book when you call in.

Please make no mistake - we are not trying to offer system integration services for everything. Our strength is in providing plant support to our clients.

Capabilities

 Sylution is able to support distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, historians, networks, computers and dozens of other control systems. We have the ability to learn our client's systems to be of greatest value when we are needed most.

Sylution will work with our client to name a primary responder and a backup responder to the plant.

Capability 1
We have maintained plants and systems for years as the owner. We make better system maintenance engineers because of our experience.
Capability 2
We have experience in a great number of systems - we will match the right person with the job as the primary call. We know the Provox, Rosemount, Bailey, and Moore DCS and PLCs of every description.  We have networking capabilities, computer skills and a great deal of database administration.
Capability 3
We have procedures for a first responder that will enable a non-expert to start the diagnostic and troubleshooting while the primary call engineer is in route.
Capability 4
We have developed Preventive Maintenance procedures for Automation Systems.
