Kevin Totherow is President and CEO of Sylution Incorporated. Kevin is a 1982 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. While a control system engineer at Savannah Electric in the early 1980s installing the then new distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC) and the company’s first Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA).

By 2000, Totherow
was a recognized expert in human machine interfaces and information systems, a frequent
speaker at national technical forums and a published writer in technical
magazines and books such as The Instrument Engineers Handb ook. It was at this
time when Sylution
Consulting was established to provide
technical support to
industrial clients incorporating new technology.
Acquire * Analyze * Present We convinced Tom Davis to join us as our Application Engineering Manager to direct our support efforts. Sylution Consulting incorporated in 2004. We became the Southeast distributor for Factelligence™ - Manufacturing Execution and Business Intelligence software. Incuity SoftwareTM, Adaptive DisplaysTM, RuggedComTM and other carefully selected solutions were added. We added excellent people and territory in addition to products to support system integrators and end users with our products and services. In 2006 Sylution Consulting changed our name to Sylution Incorporated to better reflect our role as a manufacturers representative. Today, Sylution Incorporated is a supplier of the best business intelligence solutions for the manufacturing and process industries. True to our plant engineering background we sell "highly maintainable" systems and partner with some of the best engineering companies and system integrators in the Southeast.
